Haryana, Directorate of School Education decides to maintain capacity building and growth of teachers, school heads and officers through master trainers

Chandigarh, June 12, 2019:  In order to maintain the quality of education in Haryana, Directorate of School Education has decided to maintain capacity building and growth of teachers, school heads and officers through master trainers as the quality of such officials has a direct impact on the school students in the state.

          While giving this information, a spokesman of the department said that from time to time, training programs related to capacity building are organized by the department and the employees are updated with the latest. Thus, the department has decided to make the selection of master trainers on a random basis and training and workshop would be organized.

          He said that the department would organize workshops under special series, in which, firstly training would be imparted to teaching faculty and secondly to DIET faculty for knowledge and skill development. In this way, a permanent resource group would be formed which would be utilized at Directorate level and its associated agencies like SCERT, HSSPP, DIET, etc.

          He said that in this regard, a letter has been written to the Education Department, Elementary Education Department, State Project Director of Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad (HSSPP), Director of SCERT, Gurugram, Registrar of Haryana State Board School Education, Bhiwani, all District Education Officers, Elementary Education Officer, Principals of DIET, all Block Education Officers and Block Elementary Education Officer in the state.
