Every Sunday from 10 am to 1.00 pm organic certified farmers and farmers involved in natural farming shall sell their produce/products to residents of the city. The products include daily use items, such as Vegetables, Jaggery (Gud), Tofu, Soya products, Haldi, Pulses, Atta and Vermicompost. All these products made available in the safe food mandi will be free from chemical pesticides and fertilizers.

“We are trying to address the issue of ever-increasing plastic waste by getting installed RVM through reliance in the city, there is an incentive for every bottle thrown, and the discount is to be given to residents at eating points and grocery shops. It will tackle the issue of environmental degradation” added Isha Kalia.
