Nawanshahr December 01, 2018 : Sarabjit Kaur belonging to the family of Nambardars from village Nawangran has brought laurels to the district by bagging the second position in PCS Judicial examination ( BC Category). Ranbir Singh Bhatia, her father, presently residing at village Aaron, said that Sarabjit Kaur had been a brilliant student from the very beginning. Born on November 03, 1990, Sarbjit passed her matriculation exam in 2007 from DCM High School, Asron, =2 from National Academy, Ropar. She did LLB from Punjabi University, Patiala in 2015, LLM from Kurukshetra University in 2017, UGC( Net) in July 2018 and now cleared the PCS(JUdicial) examination in the very first attempt.
The family visited native village Nawangran to pay obeisance at Mandir Baba Nirmal Shah. The elder family members Nand Singh Bhatia Nambardar, Baba Mohinder Singh Bhatia, uncles Balbir Singh Bhatia and Raghbir Singh Bhatia were also present on the occasion. The village residents in large number visited them to congratulate the family for the achievement.
