300 students created more than 50 models at Science Fair organized at DBS
Students expressed scientific competence and feelings in models at Science Fair at Dass and Brown School
Ferozepur November 18, 2018: In the Das and Brown World School, the Science Fair was held on Saturday, in which more than 300 students of class II and III participated with their models.
Principal Jyotika Shafaat said that in this exhibition, 13 Punjab Battalion NCC Commanding Officer Colonel Arora, District Science Supervisor Rajesh Mehta, Deepak Sharma and DCM Group of Schools Director, Mrs. Kanta Gupta, especially joined the Science Fair.
In the fair, the students demonstrated scientific competence and created the best science models. Students created more than 50 models like Water Cycle, Solar Energy, Magical Candle, Newton Law, Bolcano, Pressure, Water Dispenser.
The Principal told that the purpose of this program is to raise awareness of science and innovation in the minds of the children because the present time is the scientific era.
The guests visited the students’ stall and inspeced the models and said that the students of Das and Brown World School are a future scientist. He said that the students who have presented their scientific sentiments through their models are really appreciable. While wishing for the bright future of the students, she said that these children will surely invent a lot in the future.
Parents Tarun Jindal, Dr. Solomon Davey, Major Mohindra, Lt Col Pawar, Ajay said that in the border district, the school management made all out efforts to impart modern education to the students.
On this occasion, other teachers including Manjeet Singh Dhillon, Dr. Salin, Rani Poddar, Roselina, Rupali, Stuti and others were present.
